The Lord invites us to join Him in His work.  No other invitation compares to this invitation to volunteer your talents and time to the Lord.  The majority of the volunteer positions in ministry require church membership.

God has given each of us special gifts.  Your talents, personality, and spiritual gifts help make you who you are.  What are you passionate about?  There are hundreds of people here at the RLF and thousands of ways to serve.  Maybe you find joy from serving behind the scenes cleaning or filing.  Perhaps the idea of greeting guests or telling Bible stories to children appeals to you.  We can help you plug into your passion!

We are convinced that when we come together for worship, dig into God's Word, and use our gifts to further His Kingdom, the end result is spiritual growth.  It truly is more blessed to give than to receive, and this is every bit as true of our time as it is of our money and resources.  When we give of our time to worship God, study His Word, and serve others in His name, we not only please God and bless others, we ourselves are blessed.
